*i'm working on getting the generalized programs published. i want to have follow along videos for them, and that's taking a bit longer than i expected. personalized programs are available after a consultation.*

my intentions

i want to help improve your quality of life. simple as that! i have learned movement is medicine, thoughts become reality, and this whole life thing isn't always easy to do alone. support can be the factor that takes you from stagnation to growth.

the exercise programs i provide will not only improve physical strength, but confidence as well. my goal through exercise coaching is not only to help you achieve your fitness goals, but to show you how much movement can change your life. physical pain leads to mental strain. as a certified personal trainer, i have the knowledge to get you where you want to be whether its a certain aesthetic, strength, flexibility, mobility or functionality goal. as we discuss your goals, i will come up with a plan that will help you best using the knowledge i have acquired.

positive reinforcement training can change your life faster than you know. your brain is so so powerful. everything you believe affects your reality. i can give you tips and tricks to keep your headspace full of positivity and clear of negativity. we will work together to eliminate the shame, the guilt, the judgment and make room for clarity, pride, confidence and love.

accountability coaching allows us to work together to keep you on track. i am not a therapist just a broken human who had to put herself back together. i want to share with you the tools i have acquired throughout my journey to wellness. check ins allow us to talk about how your life is going, changes you've noticed, changes you want to make, successes and failures. i want to be a source of unconditional love and support. no judgement, no shame, no punishment.

how i can help

exercise programs

  • generalized programs 1-6 weeks

  • personalized programs 2-8 weeks

  • 1 on 1 remote coaching

  • 1 on 1 in person coaching

personalized programs include a phone call to discuss your goals, the rest of the training is independent. 1 on 1 remote coaching includes a weekly check in via zoom or phone call. additional calls can be added. 1 on 1 in person coaching can be anywhere from once a month to 5 days a week depending on schedule availability. all phone calls will include a mental health check to ensure positive motivations for change.

how much does all this cost?

the cost depends entirely on the plan we come up with from our consultation call. i want to be able to provide my services at the lowest price possible, but i do still have bills to pay. we can discuss cost over the phone.

how long does coaching last?

i will be here as long as you need me to be. when you're ready we can discuss parting ways, and if you ever want to come back i will take you in with open arms as long as i have the capacity.

are the exercise programs progressive?

the generalized programs (coming soon) will include beginner, advanced and expert levels. if you want specific progressions, through personalized programs the answer will always be yes.

what does 1 on 1 coaching include?

1 on 1 coaching allows me to answer specific questions you may have regarding your programs. we will do check ins as often as you want them, i recommend bi-weekly, to keep track of your progress, ensure we are making that progress in the right direction, and maintain positive motivations.

in person 1 on 1s can include an In-Body assessment at the gym i use near mesa-gateway airport. we can discuss more during consultation calls.
